Ada berbagai macam olahan daging, mie, kue basah, dan sambal yang khas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salah satu sambal yang sangat populer dari wilayah barat Indonesia ini adalah sambal asam udeung atau sambal udang. Sambal ini berbeda dengan sambal udang biasa yang hanya mencampurkan udang dengan sambal merah yang digoreng. Sambal asam udeung memiliki rasa pedas, asam, segar, dan gurih yang khas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berikut adalah resep untuk membuat sambal asam udeung, hidangan khas Aceh:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Bahan Yang Di Butuhkan<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk membuat sambal asam udeung khas Aceh, pertama siapkan dahulu bahan-bahannya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bahan-bahan:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>50 gram udang segar<\/li>\n<li>15 buah cabai rawit (sesuai selera)<\/li>\n<li>5 siung bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>3 buah belimbing wuluh<\/li>\n<li>2 lembar daun jeruk<\/li>\n<li>1 batang serai<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>Jeruk nipis\/lemon<\/li>\n<li>Gula (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Minyak goreng secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Rendam udang dengan jeruk nipis<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Langkah pertama mengolah sambal asam udeung adalah membersihkan udang. Setelah udang dicuci bersih, beri perasan jeruk nipis. Diamkan selama kurang lebih 15 menit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Panaskan sedikit minyak goreng. Goreng udang sampai berubah warna atau sesuai dengan tingkat kematangan yang diinginkan. Angkat dan tiriskan.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Potong-potong bahan lainnya<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kupas kulit bawang merah. Buang tangkai cabai rawit. Cuci bersih cabai rawit, bawang merah, belimbing wuluh, daun jeruk dan serai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rajang bawang merah. Iris tipis daun jeruk dan potong-potong kecil belimbing wuluh. Ambil bagian dalam serai, lalu potong kecil-kecil.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Ulek semua bahan<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siapkan ulekan. Ulek kasar cabai rawit, bawang merah, belimbing wuluh, daun jeruk dan serai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambahkan udang goreng, gula dan garam. Ulek lagi sebentar sampai udang dan bahan lainnya tercampur rata. Cek rasa. Apabila masih kurang garam, bisa kamu tambahkan lagi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Sambal asam udeung siap disajikan<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Setelah diulek kasar, sambal asam udeung khas Aceh siap disajikan. Sambal ini bisa dijadikan sebagai lauk tunggal untuk dimakan bersama nasi hangat tanpa lauk pendukung lainnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rasa pedas, asam, segar dan gurihnya bikin lupa diet.
