Mantan Kepala BPN yang menjabat pada tahun 2008-2017 berinisial TJ<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kepala Kejari Aceh Jaya Adam Ohoiled melalui Kasi Intelijen Dedi Saputra, di Aceh Jaya mengatakan &#8220;Penetapan tersangka sesuai dengan surat nomor: R-35\/ L.1.24\/ Fd.1\/ 05\/ 2023&nbsp;tanggal 10 Mei 2023 dan Surat Perintah Penyidikan nomor: PRINT-01\/L.1.24\/Fd.1\/05\/2023 tanggal 10 Mei 2023,&#8221;Rabu, (10\/5\/2023).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dedi menjelaskan, TJ menjabat sebagai Kepala BPN&nbsp;Aceh Jaya pada 2008-2017. Adapun penerbitan redistribusi sertifikat tanah di Desa Paya Laot Kecamatan Setia Bakti Aceh Jaya tersebut dilaksanakan pada tahun 2016 dengan total luas tanah&nbsp;506,998 hektare atau 260 sertifikat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Atas kegiatan itu, sebut Dedi, pihaknya telah memperoleh hasil audit penghitungan kerugian keuangan negara dari tim Inspektorat Kabupaten Aceh Jaya dengan surat No :&nbsp;700\/01\/LHA-PKKN\/2023 tertanggal 31 Januari 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Berdasarkan dokumen didapatkan penyidik, pemeriksaan lapangan, serta keterangan para saksi, diduga terjadinya penyimpangan dalam penerbitan redistribusi sertifikat tanah di Desa Paya Laot tersebut.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Diduga ada penyimpangan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya kerugian negara sebesar Rp12,6 miliar lebih,&#8221; ujar Dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya Dedi menyampaikan, penahanan tersangka dilakukan setelah keluarnya hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan dari Rumah Sakit Teuku Umar Calang, di mana menunjukkan bahwa yang bersangkutan dalam keadaan sehat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Terhadap perbuatannya, tersangka TJ dikenakan Pasal 2 ayat (1) Jo Pasal 3 UU Nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas UU Nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&ldquo;Tersangka TJ akan ditahan selama 20 hari ke depan di Rutan Kelas III Calang, Aceh Jaya,&rdquo; demikian Kasi Intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri Dedi Saputra.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; PIKIRANACEH.COM | ACEH JAYA&nbsp;&#8211; Mantan Kepala&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3574,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[605,1015,739,1014,1013],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-3573","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politik","tag-aceh-jaya","tag-kepala-bpn","tag-korupsi","tag-mantan-kepala-bpn","tag-pejabat-korupsi"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
