Ujar Azmi<\/p>\n<p>Azmi menambahkan, Prestasi ini merupakan bukti nyata bahwa Kejaksaan Negeri Bireuen dibawah kepemimpinan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Bireuen Munawal Hadi, S.H.,M.H. telah berkomitmen untuk menerapkan RJ sebagai alternatif penyelesaian perkara pidana.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya Azmi menjelaskan, RJ merupakan pendekatan keadilan yang mengutamakan pemulihan hubungan antara korban, pelaku, dan masyarakat. Dengan RJ, penyelesaian perkara pidana dapat dilakukan secara cepat, sederhana, dan biaya ringan, sehingga dapat memberikan keadilan bagi semua pihak.<\/p>\n<p>Kami menilai bahwa Kejaksaan Negeri Bireuen telah menerapkan RJ dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa aspek, antara lain:<\/p>\n<p>Kejaksaan Negeri Bireuen telah melakukan sosialisasi RJ secara luas kepada masyarakat, sehingga masyarakat menjadi paham tentang RJ dan manfaatnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kejaksaan Negeri Bireuen telah melakukan kajian dan analisis secara mendalam terhadap setiap perkara yang akan diselesaikan melalui RJ, sehingga RJ dapat diterapkan secara tepat.<\/p>\n<p>Kejaksaan Negeri Bireuen telah melakukan pendampingan dan pengawasan yang ketat terhadap pelaksanaan RJ, sehingga RJ dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan tujuannya.<\/p>\n<p>Azmi Berharap bahwa Kejaksaan Negeri Bireuen dapat terus mempertahankan prestasinya dalam pelaksanaan RJ.
